Cool cover design
(September/October 2015, Technology Review)
I found this cover from the Parkland Library and it caught my eye right away. It is very interesting because of the bright vibrant colors and the layout of text and images. It has motifs of people, (under 35 since that is the topic), at different crop sizes, some are fully on the page and some are coming off a little. The play with the text is amazing as you can see the text is curving around the images and also at the top where it says "Technology Review" the L is the shape of a rocket when it takes off. This is a great design because it utilizes all of the page and makes your eyes have to find what it is looking for and the text and images all unify together.
