4over Illustration Ad

I saw this design in the PRINT Magazine, October 2014 addition. Since we were recommended to find a design using illustration, I thought this piece was right on. It is for a printing company called 4over. i like the design because it looks like someone sketched it then added a certain gradient of colors flowing through only the books and t-shirts etc. in the background. I think keeping the girl white and not any other color makes it stand out that we are wanting the things in the background to be printed and colorful. Also the type in the ad all look like they were drawn by hand and not computer. This design felt like it really fit in the suggestion for the week.
